  Q. How much does it cost to attend the NCEA Conference?

A
. The conference is FREE to attend but travel costs are not paid for by SCPME, USMA or West Point for any faculty or student delegates who attend the conference. We will provide meals for ALL delegates and all student delegates will stay for free in the cadet barracks with our cadets. Faculty delegates must pay for their own lodging but we can provide you with a list of area hotels that will put aside rooms for our visiting delegates who need to book a room for their time here at West Point..
 
     
  Q. How many delegates can each school register for the NCEA Conference?

A
. Each school is allowed to register 2 student delegates for the conference. There will also be a limited number of faculty delegates hand selected by SCPME for the conference and each school can submit 1.
 
     
 

Q. Are we allowed to register more than 2 delegates to attend?

A
. Based on availability, we will allow additional delegates but only after other schools have had the opportunity to register their own delegates. These additional delegates will be added at the discretion on SCPME and we will notify each school after a decision has been made to allow them to attend.

 
     
  Q. What is expected of attendees of the NCEA Conference.

A
. Delegates will be put into a small group setting with peers to discuss various topics relevent to previously attended sessions and asked to discuss and share thoughts while facilitated by a mentor.
 
       
 

Q. Are there any rules and regulations that delegates should know about prior to attending this years' conference on Ethics in America?

A. Yes, please read this document for all rules and regulaitons pertaining to the NCEA.
